    ESS Smoothstepper with Windows XP

I'm new to cnc and I'm trying to install my ESS smoothstepper on my computer, however I can't find instructions on how to do it. Any help or a link is very appreciated.

I have got to the error window that asks you to click "no" to configure. After clicking "no", I enter the IP address and it takes me back to the click "no" to configure window. It won't get past this window. Any help or advice?

Thanks for the link, I have already read it. It doesn't show XP installation.
Greg form Warp said they don't have anything for XP, but they're working on it.

I installed one on an xp machine without issue. Maybe just make sure the ess and the network adapter are on the same subnet.

I entered the numbers from CNC Router Parts website. What did you use? I can try that and see if it works.
There are two places that the number has to be entered, do they have to be the same in both places?

Here are the settings that worked for me. Should be all the same as the factory ones.

Thanks. Those are what I was using, but I found out I had to use the local network and not the 1394.
I think I might have it now. It's just telling me that the E-stop isn't assigned to a smoothstepper input.
I have to figure that one out now.
