Hi all, I've finally started construction on the JGRO open source design found here on cnczone but I don't have access to HDPE/delrin or the proper tools to machine it (other than by hand with a dremel). I saw that in older threads Joe2000che used to offer the HDPE alignment blocks and anti-backlash assemblies for pretty reasonable prices, but it looks like he has moved on to his new design.

I'm looking for a quote on the anti-backlash nuts, anti-whip block, and router clamp assembly, then a seperate quote for just the alignment blocks as I'm going to try making those from MDF as originally called out first. On all pieces I can do any tapping required but it would be helpful if all the holes are drilled out.

For reference these would be the following parts from the JGRO plans here (pdf). All pieces to be made from delrin/HDPE.

Name: (Quantity) JGRO part#
------------------------------------
Anti-backlash nut: (3) cnc_dtl_14
nut tensioner: (3) cnc_dtl_15
anti-whip block (1) cnc_dtl_23
Router Clamp Base (1) cnc_dtl_41
Router Clamp Top (1) cnc_dtl_42

2nd quote:
------------------------------------
Lrg Adjustment Block (4) cnc_dtl_07
Sml Adjustment Block (8) cnc_dtl_13

I'm just now starting to drill and tap the MDF so the lead time is very flexible, likely two to four weeks at the earliest.

Thanks!
