    Fanuc Drive Alarm

    Hi,
I am trying to repair a card. The card alarm was: A

Now I want to check the alarm without connecting this card to Machine.

As far I know there is a port to give 24 Voltage to show the alarm.

So, which port we should connect 24 voltage to display the alarm. There I see two port: C0P10A, C0P10B

    Attachment 248342

    HI,

    C0P10A is your output
    C0P10B is your input

In order to power with 24 vdc, you would only need C0P10B

    Hope this helps.

    Re: Fanuc Drive Alarm

Input for the low voltage is CXA2B, however the card will not power up out of the amp.

A-Alarm= Inverter Alarm on N axis (DC link or IPM)

If you need any further assistance it would be best to send your unit in for a proper evaluation and diagnosis. You can contact Repair Zone through there website for a quick free quote. Servo Motors and Electronics - Buy or Repair | Repair Zone

    I hope this information helps

At this point troubleshooting on your end with out schematics or manuals, may be more troublesome and pose a higher risk of further damaging your unit.

In order to successfully troubleshoot your Fanuc drive, we would need you to send in your full drive, card, and the bottom end. We would then place it in our simulated system to further diagnose your alarm code.
