    Cut conditions missing after every reboot

    Hello,
    We have an Amada LC2415 Laser. Every time the machine is rebooted the cut conditions disappear. Myself, along with Amada and Fanuc, and other employees here can't figure out why. Amada and Fanuc have been here countless times still without a solution to the problem. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is happening?

    I don't know much about lasers, but if the parameters are in a hard drive, could be a hd failure and the same can happen in eprom.. did they check it?

    Yes the hard drive was replaced by an Amada technician, it didn't fix the problem.
