I'm having trouble finding any information on this trouble code. It is coming from a Kitamura HX250if with a fanuc 18i MB controller. I cant find this particular battery or how to change it. Any help would be greatly appreciated

The battery is located on the Viggo Servo Absolute Pulse Coder. Similer to fanuc daisy chain style battery. Had same issue on my HX250. Received new battery from Kitamura Chicago, up and running in a hour. Do not turn off the power to replace the battery. Replacement must be done when machine is powered on. (control as well as main breaker), otherwise get the Viggo manual out and re-set up the servo. Atleast its your battery. I've had the actual encoder on the motor blow out on me. $1800 for a new Viggo brand motor.
