    Look at the Nano control made by Fanuc, this will give you an idea of what is needed for smooth 3D milling like you are doing, there systems start at 10 million counts per rev

    THE ENGINEER OF THE COMPANY CAME EVRY DAY FOR A WEEK TO MY WORK PLACE AND CHANGED SOME PARAMETERS AND DID TESTS , SO HE COULD NOT FIND ANY REASON AND COULD NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM
    MY FRIEND HAS ONE OF THIS MACHINES , HE HAS THIS PROBLEM TOO.

    Did u try to lower the feedrate?? Try 1000 or 500 instead of 2000... Maybe the motor strenght isnt enough to move the mass of axis so quickly or maybe the gain (kV) of axis is too big or too small for one of the axis so it gets overshot of position that result in quality degradation.

    This is the best approach, if the control & servo system can't perform, it is always the first thing to try, as CroCole has said slow the feed rate down, until you get the machine running smooth, while cutting, this may help to smooth out the cutting of your job

    I've seen something similar before. In this case, it was not the machine, rather it was the CAM software. It was generating discrete layers on every surface, which was good for the most part. But the closer a surface came to being parallel to any axis, this pattern would become very obvious.
    Have you tried re-creating the cutter path with different strategies enabled?

    YES I DID . WHEN I DECREASE FEEDRATE IT BECAMES BETTER BUT STILL IT IS NOT GOOD. WHEN I DECREASE FEED RATE THE SHAKINGS BECOME BETTER AND LOWER , AND WAVES( THE LINES IN THE PICTURES) ON THE MATERIAL BECOME CLOSER.

    YES I TRIED WITH DIFFERENT STRATEGIES AND DIFFERENT SOFTWARES
    I DID THIS CUTTING(MY PROGRAMS) ON ANOTHER MACHINE AND THAT WAS OK.

    While it seems you have gotten several things to try for you problem in this SHOP PHOTOS section, I think you would be better served by posting this question in the FANUC section.

    There are many more FANUC users out there that might have a solution.

    SMCTL claim to be the largest MTB in the world with 60yrs experience, in this case I would think the ball is in their court to come up with a viable answer, you shouldn't have to come to a CNC forum IMO?

    does the spindle run smoothly or is there noise/whining/whirring?
    can you do normal flat surface milling and obtain smooth surfaces?
    maybe spindle bearings? I have seen similar things in the past and the spindle bearings were the cause.

    Are you using the highspeed machining option for the machine?

    G5.1 Q1 / G5.1 Q0?

    It gives the controller a look ahead
