We have a pega 367 that shuts down in auto operation, the red stop light on the nc comes on and the amber light for auto operation goes off with no alarms. You can hit the reset button and run machine with punching off and switch to punching and stops agian.
We have to turn the nc off and main power, and power back up sometimes 3 or 4 times to get machine runnin. and after an hour or 4 hours of running same problem no alarms everything show good to go. shows NC ready, top dead center and axis zero anyone had this problem?

Hello, I have seen this problem before on Pega's with a wet clutch. Could you post some more information?
