Help Needed with CNC router and machine installation

    Hi all,
I am having problems to run CNC routerfor glass engraving,
Its a Chinese make cnc machine model SKS-1224L.
Have installed the NC studio also connected the machine,
all was going well till the time the spindle started, and the machine started moving in -Z & -X direction and banged to the frame.
have stopped working as the machine is started the spindle starts rotating and dashes to the side frame.

Have been struggling through this from past 5 days,
have tried re installing the NC studio but no success,

plz help as i cannot start the machine as the spindle starts and hits the machine frame so have to do it in off condition....

It sounds like the leads from the spindle are emanating radio-frequency noise that's interfering with your drives. Usually, the spindle would have braided metal shielding on its wires that's grounded on one end, which stops this from happening. Maybe the people who put your machine together skipped this little detail.

    Dear Andrew,
Have checked the machine cabling, the MCB inside the machine doesn't have any grounding option as it has 2 connections and ie for 220 V.
These connections are made correctly as per my knowledge and as you said its to be grounded have also done it, with the help of an electrician.
Guess the problem is still not solved, is there anything by which i can move the head away from the frame without starting the machine..

I'm not talking about the grounding of the machine itself (although it should be grounded, if only between the case and a water pipe). The wires that feed power to the spindle emit strong radio-frequency signals that are interfering with your logic-level signaling and causing the disruptions you're complaining about. The solution to that is to slip a braided wire shield over the spindle leads, and ground that to the case of the spindle and the VFD that's powering it. All your grounds should connect together at some point, to avoid the dreaded "ground loops" that can cause more problems by inducting EMF.
