Hello, i have buy an used machine CYCLONE VMC-1800 with fanuc oi-mb and when in program are present m30 or m02 the machine restart. Also if i digit in MDI MODE M30 or M02 the machine restart. Help me thenks to all

What do you mean by "Restart"? Does the cycle run again or does the machine shut off? If the machine restarts the cycle then you need to remove M30 from the FIN command in the PMC ladder.

The macchine turn off and then turn on in automatic. This operation is as a restart of windows. No optional auto turn off on this machine. I think the previous owner worked at night so they changed some parameter. I post status of pmc if it is helpful

Another problem stop button don't stop program but only pressing reset button!!!

Your controller is powered by 24v. Sounds like you have a short in your I/O that activates with M30. Need to find out what M30 triggers. Possible a light that indicates end of cycle. If an output is shorted and you energize that output it could bring down the 24V that also feeds the CNC controller. causing it to cycle power and restart.

Post your program, there may be something in your program causing this also, Like you can not have ( 2 ) M codes in the same line

No, the program works fine on another machine, the problem not is this because if I'm mdi mode I wrote m30 or m02 or m00 machine turn off and restart

You need to check if there is a switch on the panel for continuous cycle first, then see if the m2 or m30 is calling up a macro to do this. Also, did this machine have a pallet changer

Can you PM me the ladder? Maybe I can see which output are energizing at that point. Very hard to troubleshoot via internet.
