Please!! I need help!! I have bought a 100w laser ctter/engraver. Downloaded all the software and got the laser cutter connected to me laptop. The design goes to the laser cutter but the machine does not cut through the paper and 3mm wood. I need help with the settings.

@Keazan, Our laser machine has no problem for cutting through the paper and 3mm wood. where do you buy laser machine from? You need to contact them. After all, our laser machine and your laser machine are from different factory, their setting are diffirent.
