HI,

We are facing a problem in our CNC WIEDEMANN PUNCH press which is having fanuc controls. There are two V axis fanuc servo controls (v1 and v2) showing the error 401 vrdy off.


kindly help me to sort out this problem.

I've a problem like this one. So for your problem the correct procedure is the procedure on the manual, try again and follow the procedure step by step.
If you don't have the correct result try this:
For x axis ( for example)
Look under the carriage you look two arrows, when they are one in front the other is the zero point, move the axis in that position.
After that put the signal of pwe (write enable ) to 1 in mdi mode.
Push param button and go on param 1815 under the write APZ for the axis x; change this param to 1,if is at 1 change before 0 and after in 1.
Swicht of the machine and try to restart.
To the same for the other axis.
Is possible the position is not correct for a little,move the axis for the error found and repeat the operation..

THE POWER SUPPLY FUSE WAS BLOWN, REPLACED THE FUSE & PROBLEM SOLVED
