Chinese Laser 110V 4060 80w Rotary connection help

So I bought a Chinese laser engraver and the rotary that it came with was crap so I bought another one and the wires are different. I am looking for some help to find the white ends on the connector and any other help would be much appreciated.
    So old plug

    New Rotary

I basically want to get a white connector and plug the new wires into it so I can plug it into my machine

here is the board for the machine

Thank you in advance I am pulling my hair out with this project.

your images are far too small to be useful. Please increase size.
I will hazard a guess that black/red will match up blue/red . I cannot see well enough to be of any good help.

    rule of thumb:

    google out:

"Stepper motor wiring diagrams" and "how does a stepper motor work"

If your motor is a servo.. things are slightly different.. This should get you going I think.
