CNC APPLICATION ENGINEER
Brand new position location flex see notes below
1. Turbine Airfoil Manufacturing Experience – HUGE PLUS (this would include programming and actual hands on the machine experience)
2. Capability with using NX to the extent of interrogating a 3D model – no NX programming / design experience necessary. However if capable that is always PLUS.
3. Previous Applications Engineering experience is a HUGE PLUS. Must know how to run a multi-axis CNC machine. Also, how to set up machine to run various parts.
4. 5-Axis simultaneous machining is another HUGE PLUS.
5. Specifying cutting tools for applications a PLUS
6. The ability and willingness to teach others a BIG PLUS

CNC Applications Engineer (with nx preffered)

* "full 5 axis motion" strongly preferred
* Location is flexible

unique brand new opportunity for talented cnc professional who has good communication skills and can liaise with internal customers and clients. Will support, train, and enable customers and colleagues on use of cnc. Travel can vary from 30% to even 50% on occasion. Qualified candidate can live where ever they want as long as within range of airport and or/. willingness to drive.
