    Heidenhain iTNC 530

    Hi, anybody experienced with Heidenhain iTNC 530? What is your opinion? Specifically have you machined complex mould tools either programming at the console or offline. OneCNC perhaps?

    Hello,
    The machine must only be programmed on the TNC 530, produce a simpler form, cutting tools and then take precise engineering ...
    system is great, user-friendly and has plenty of cycle .. code output depends on how you're going to have to set up eventual post-cpu for thy CAM ...
    u forms are complex code, machine code HEIDENHAIN counted forward, so it's an advantage, but there are also machines to be with their own control system, and then he can feel still more code in advance (HEIDENHAIN I guess only 10 rows, but perhaps it is no more. this information .. i have a few years old ...) ... itnc used for both handwritten program, as well as programs from CAM ...
