Taig Mils DSLS 3000 and Pinewood Derby

Is there anyway that you can use a Taig Mill to true up and nicely finish the nails used for Pinewood Derby cars? I'm not talking about the cheat grooves and all that, just to improve what you get from out of the box. Also, I have a 4th axis.

You could chuck up the nail and spin to put a high level polish on it to lower friction.

At the very least, I plan to do that. I just didn't want to reinvent the wheel (no pun intended).

PS. It makes me wish I had a lathe! LOL
