What would be the best dip switch settings for a kit I got from Keling
this is for a 5' x 10' belt driven cnc router
C10 Break out board
three KL34H2120-60-4A, 1200 oz-in stepper motors
three KL-9082 stepper driver, 90VDC, 9.2A
KL- 7220 72V/20A 72VDC, 20A power supply
basically I need to know what resolution and current settings would be recommended since the kl-9082 has dip switch settings, any help would be appreciated, will be running mach3
you can set the micro step at 8 ( 1600 ), current at 5.5A

One more question, do I have to check sherline half pulse or not for this setup
C10 Break out board
three KL34H2120-60-4A, 1200 oz-in stepper motors
three KL-9082 stepper driver, 90VDC, 9.2A
KL- 7220 72V/20A 72VDC, 20A power supply
I have close to the same setup, I used to have a c10 but upgraded to a pmdx 126. I ran both without using the sherline pulse. But best to try it with and without to see which works best for you. Some people use the pulse to get a smoother running machine.
"Sounds like a Personal Problem"
Do you offer any multi axis KL digital drivers?
A couple of month ago I ordered several stepper drivers from Keling online and I got an invoice and I paid it.
No shipping charges showed so I thought there were none till the next day when I got a bill from Keling for $ 39.00 for shipping.
Thats $ 39.00 dollars for an item they can ship via USPS for $ 10.00 . Keling , include your shipping charges at the time the order
is made , not a day after. Other online sellers are doing it, why not you. Your online practises are highly questionable.
Salzburg,
Your statement is a little off kilter.
When ever I send a small USPS package (mail order doughnuts) by flat rate to Canada it costs over $30.00 not including delivery conformation.
Your $10.00 pricing is a bit dated, maybe from the bygone 1950-1960 era.
If I could send cupcakes for $10.00 I would have a lot more happy Canadians!

A doughnut a day keeps the doctor away.
Salzburg:
I bought 4 stepper motors (425 oz-in NEMA23) back in 2009 from Keling and the shipping was $39.95US to Canada.
It was included in my invoice. Not sure how you arrive at $10. Motors aren't light.
I clearly wrote stepper drivers not motors.
Stepper drivers are light, you can get easily 4 into a padded envelope and sending that to canada is about $ 10.00.
But what really bugged me that they didn't make the shipping charges clear at the time I ordered.
Oops...You're right about "drivers" where I thought "motors". My bad.
