Building a lathe with linear rails, how to clamp the tailstock?

Im building a lathe using linear rails and want to add a tailstock. I have seen some brakes/clamps that apply to the sides of a linear rail but i doubt that it will be enough.

This is a Haas TL1 lathe does anyone know how it clamps the tailstock inplace? It looks to just press on the linear rail somehow.

I'm interested in this also, as I'm planning a build with linear rails and a tailstock.

How far on are you on your build?
