    Need help on RichAuto A11S Handle

    Hi everybody,

    I have bought a CNC router which has a RichAuto A11S Handle. I have used the machine not more than 15 times cutting foam and one time cutting aluminium. The problem is the Handle, first it started to not boot properly, only after starting and restarting it would work but now it has quit working completely. When I connect it to the CNC or PC, only the backlight works, no data on the screen, I have tried to hold the green (OK) button while connecting the cable but nothing worked.

    Anyone any idea about the handle.

    Hi, I am having a similar problem, the RichAuto System loads to 49% then stops. Could really use some help.
