Hi,

I have just brought a second have mill with an Anilam 1100M controler. I saw the machine running before I took it and it has run a couple of times in my workshop. now when I turn it on it has a * halted message in the secondary display screen, which will not clear with the clear button. the limit switches are not stuck and the bed is away from the switches, the servos are running but the machine will not run the program or jog in the manual mode. rebooting the machine makes no difference. Please can anyone tell me if I am missing something or if I has a problem, what it might be.

Hi John, I am having the same problems, the controler wont do anything and I have checked everything but cant find a problem. Have you got your fixed yet?

Hi Gaelan,

I did find the problem with mine. I am embarrassed to say, the limit switch on the spindle brake was not quite off. once I pushed in the limit switch and reset the servos it was fine. I hope yours is as simple as this.

I have checked all the limit switches and everything else I can think of. I have contacted Anilam, hopefully they will have a solution, a simple one. Thanks John, have a good day.
