    Steel tube frame cnc router.

    Hi. Im building a small router.
    Frame is mainly from 250x100x6mm tube with 20mm Hiwin rails and 2010 ballscrews. Cutting size is 900x900x200.

    Seems that spindle plate is 20mm too short, now I have to make new one. I do not like that Herz 2.2 kw air cooled spindle. It is too noisy and at low rpm (below 10k) has practically no power. I have 2.2 kw water cooled spindle from Mechatron and I can use it from 6000-24000 rpm. Herz spindle is usable at 12000-18000 rpm. 24000 rpm it is so loud that I have to use ear protection.

    Leadshine Easy Servo Driver HBS86H and Hybrid servo motor 86HBM80-01-1000 from Aliexpress. Gantry is1200 mm.
