    How to Shutoff the Display on Fanuc 16i control

    I don't know if it is possible or if I try to do something impossible,

    For the Holiday, I want to keep my machine open but put the screen (display) off.

    Any body know how to?

    Two buttons at once. Either shift-cancel or graphics cancel

    You must press cancel and one of the function buttons. (Pos, system, offset, or message) This work only if parameter 3123 is set to 0.The parameter has a setting of minutes, so if it were set to 30, after 30 minutes with no activity on the MDI keypad the LCD display will shut off. If the parameter is set to 0,
    pressing the CAN key and any Function key will also activate the screen saver function.
