    Manual Gas Console OL Error..Shield cut flow

    I am using HPR260XD Manual gas console on Ficep machine, today when i switch on the machine the shield cutflow presuure is shown OL in the display. no other errors on the display, the pressur in the regulator is also normal.

    We have a HPR130XD with Manual gas console and we get the same thing happen when we change from cutting stainless steel to mild steel or vice versa if we have turned off the previously used gas cylinder.
    It seems for some reason that the console looks for both the last gas used as well as the gas you have selected for the current material, once we start cutting with the "new" gas we can turn off the one we do not need.
    It does seem strange that it should do this, maybe Jim Colt can explain why?
