Was wondering if any techs have been down this road. duravertical 50/60 faults out at start-up.
gives nc: axis-cnv single phase fail (x,y,z) and 9004 Spn 1: Input fuse /power fault. plc faults w/ spindle drive unit A
Have checked conns. on AP-DTP,also cube relays, cleaned contactors KM;101&1&0, checked NC conns.
Only thing that's helped is by changing to low speed at the end of the program. which puts the (1) contactor in low at program start, instead of switching from hi (101) to lo.
it notably lessened the fault occurrence but we are still having them.
Any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated.

If the KM1 and KM101 actually check good through the main contacts, Id look at the aux contacts on them. Those are used for the alarm signals and have more than a few fail. Used to get them from grainger for ~$30.00

Ended up being the fanuc unit 1 drive. replaced it and problems went away
