Looking for 2nd laser around $3500?

Im currently looking to buy a second machine for our business. Right now I have a FSL 5th Gen, which is ok. Its had its issues ,many times, but Ive been able to keep it going. But we've been so busy ,that I need a second one. I would like to get away from CO2 ,but not sure I can with my budget..unless perhaps theres a used one available? but who knows?

anyway, heres is what Im needing ,looking to spend $3500, but no more than $4000
Generally cut 1/4" cast and extruded acrylic
engrave acrylic (would like something that wont leave banding)
    1/8 lite ply

prefer it to ship within US , but will consider options

Ive been looking at some on feebay that are well within the price range, which say they are 50W ..are they really?
others Ive seen claim they are 80W RECI ..isnt RECI still a glass CO2 tube?
