    I want your opinion - XYZ Table

    hello from Greece...!
    Sorry for my Bad English....


    I design a XYZ table
    I want to build A CNC machine to use it for doming decals / Doming Scripting


    Every thing you see is from Bosch Rixford Except the Y and Z frames

    The Y and Z I want to be milling Alluminium...
    If You interest I would like to post the Designs of the Y And Z...
    Is very detailed But I was design them In Adobe Illustrator (I work this programme for 10 years now And is very easy for me to Design and messure.

    The table size is About 100cm X 80cm
    I use Alluminium Profiles
    45X45
    45X90
    40X120




    I Want Servo motors because I want very high Percision
    Also Iwant your Advice If You Like ...
    1) What do you think about my design?
    2) What motors do you think is best for this table?
    3) What size of Ball Screw You think is the best for this size of table?

    AH....and My Budget is About 7500-8500 USD....
    What do you think is the builing of this machine (with Servo) possible ????

    It looks great. How much of your budget will be left for electronics after you buy all the hardware? This will have a lot to do with what type of servo system you can put on it.

    Is this a machine that has allready been built or a design only?

    Are you slaving two servos for the Y axis or will you use a belt drive and one motor?

    about 3500 USD.

    Its a design only.
    Are you slaving two servos for the Y axis or will you use a belt drive and one motor?
    I don't know what to do with that.
    I was thinking to buy a 4 or 5 Axis controller
    The one of them I want to use it to controll the the despence valve which have to be very accurate when despence the flood.

    I dont know about lowcostcnc, I,ve seen thier ads for a long time, keep asking, re-post your questions if necessary, get as much advice as you can. You have enough budget to do it a number of ways, you probably dont need much torque but will want speed and accuracy. Definately ideal for a servo system.
