We have a VF6, VF10 and VR11. All purchased new within a couple of years of each other. (97-99) The issues is that recently the program loading procedure has been done differently. On the VR11 the operator uses EDIT, F1, I/O, Floppy Directory read and everything on the disk (USB with floppy to USB emulator) shows up. On the VF10 and recently the VF6 the same USB stick being used it does not show using the same method. The operator has to use list type the file name in and load from there. If he saves a program down to the USB stick that program will then show up when using the procedure that is used on the VR11. Any ideas?

On our older VF-2SS (2007), it occasionally won't read a program on the USB. For example we will load a program from USB, load new program on USB from CAM and overwrite program in CNC. But the old program stays even though the new program is the only one on the USB drive. The only way we have found to get around this issue is to shut down all the way and restart. Then it will read the new program.
