TT1800 SY Easy way to adjust spindle phase & speed sync

Thanks in advance for any help.
We have acquired 4 Doosan TT1800SY turning centers at our facility. I am currently programming a part made from hex material, and would like to be able to pick part off with the spindles running to save cycle time. Currently when I program M213 there is a mismatch between the main and sub. What is the easiest and fastest way to adjust for this difference.
    Control is a Fanuc 31i.

    Thanks

Do you mean the speed is mismatched or the spindle position?
Use the M213 with a "P11" to ensure it's synched with the main spindle.

Doug, there is a procedure for adjusting parameter 4034 S3 to align the sub with the main when using M213/M214, but I can't find it. I believe this is what he's looking for. Do you have it?
