Thanks for taking a look at this.

I've been running MC X5 for sometime now, all basic 2D for making templates for my guitar business.
I'll default to the "Default Mill" when I cut my patterns. I am of course using a router. My Mach3 and DL 1212 have never been synced, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with the problem I'm about to post.

Here's the problem!
1.)Some programs at start up travel to the first point of execution and a false Z height will show. In other words, if the mill is up .25, all of a sudden the Z on the Mach 3 screen will jump to +.75 or some weird height.
2.) The G code looks OK, I've even deleted the tool path and started over and it still happens.
3.) Doesn't happen to all my programs, but it is in some.
