www.alibre.com download the 30 day trial, check out the tutorials, full version is like 1000-1200 bucks but they have a stripped down version for like 500... if you wanna buy really good software (and really expensive) get solidworks... both programs are 3D parametric modeling programs and both will make 2D drawings direct from 3D data
