    RFQ for 1" diameter aluminum adapter rings

    This RFQ is for quantity 50 aluminum adapter rings. These parts adapt an unusual thread (0.535"-40, aka SM05) to a 4-position 4-40 bolt circle. These parts are well suited for production from 1.0" round bar stock.

    Tolerances are fairly loose. Surface finish is not important (within reason). Chamfers on back sides of thru-tapped holes are not required but would be preferred, if you can chamfer both ends of thru-tapped holes, in particular the 4-40's, without significant cost increase please make note of this.
