spindle- 400w DC, how to conect?

    Hello, i bought this spindle
I got on my boad spindle output with 4 pins: CW, CCW GND and VSP.

The spindle controll board has GND and PWM input for mach3.
    So...
on my board it says that the PWM pin is fixed on output pin 20. And in cant be changed. Also that the VSP has 0-10V output to frequency converter.

The spindle board needs level 3,5-12v VPP and 1K- 10khz frequency.

I tried to conect the VSP to PWN and gnd to dnd, in mach3 spindle setup put to use PWM but it didnt work.
can someone pls help me how to conect and setup mach3?
