Hi, first post and new to CNC. I'm amidst of trying to decide if i should go 4x4 or 4x8 in my small 12'x19' garage I'd like to see how many of you are operating a 48"x 96" CNC router in your single car garage or smaller space! Where are you putting it and what other tools do you have crammed in your workspace?

Between the router, dust collector, and room to stand in front of the controls, my 50x50" router takes up 1/4 of my 12x20 shed.

If I was planning again, I would try to incorporate the dust collection blower under the table, with the chip bag piped outside.
Also I would have the keyboard and monitor setup wall mounted on a swivel mechanism, to move out of the way when not needed.

That would free up about 16 sqft.

There are times I wish I had a 4x8 table, but 95% of the time a 2x4 or smaller is all I need.

I'd like to use the underside of the table for at least flat storage. Curious if anyone has managed to get a full size (assuming 2hp) dust collector, integrated to the underside of the table? I haven't decided on a dc or something like a Fein yet. Obviously my space is limited, which is why I'd consider a smaller vac.
