    motorcycle sprockets

    I want to have two sprockets made, look at the Picture

    The small i like to have enlarged from 14 tooth to 18

    And the big i like to have reduced size from 48 tooth to 35

    Material is unknown strong and Heavy.

    The small sprocket weight 105g

    All i know about the big sprocket today is that the distance between the mounting holes is 50mm

    Do you have drawings or a spec, or access to the original parts? What material? What is your timing?

    um, sorry there is no picture of the chain. Chains are specified according to pitch, inside diameter and roller width. I think you are going to need to do some research in order to get parts that fit.

    Looks just like my Suzuki drz sprocket set up. Its going to be quite expensive to have them made, especially the transmission sprocket. Pretty sure the small sprockets are heat treated as well.

    Is better to measure the sprocket-delves or the Chain rollers width?

    Ok i did some Research on the Chains.
    this is a 428 Chain
    12.7mm Pitch.
    8.5mm roller diametre.

    request have changed.!

    Waiting answer for a front sprocket 19tooth.!

    Then the rear sprocket will have to be measured for fittment to not make pressure to the swinging arm!

    Thanks for the information. Now I need accurate dimensions for the splines the sprocket mounts onto.

    31mm for the 19tooth.
