Question Drilling with variable feed possible?

    Hello folks,

I'm using SolidCAM 2013 and I want to drill a perforated hole (going down 121mm on Z level) through a pipe that is 120mm in diameter and 8mm thick, hollow on the inside. Is it possible from Solidcam drilling operation to make it so that my drill steps down gradually thru the first 8mm, then traverses rapidly the hollow space and again steps down gradually at the bottom 8mm?

If possible I'd like to know what settings to use in the Technology (I'm guessing it would be under Drill Cycle Type/Data). I hope I explained myself well enough

    Thanks a bunch folks!

You could use two drilling cycles one for the top 8 mm thick and another one for the bottom
