    PathPilot Beta is over

Apparently the release of rev 1.6 marked the end of the beta period, and the beginning of the production phase of path pilot.

My prediction: within a few months, the Tormach Controller (which will only come with PP), will no longer be an option, but will be purchased as part of the machine... just like they have done with the lathe. That means the base price of the mill will be bumped up slightly.

    PathPilot Moves Out of Beta

As you would expect (since this thing is no longer a beta), it looks like they have completed the Operator's Manual revision, and the whole thing is available for download:

    Re: PathPilot Beta is over

I am sure well satisfied with the software! I have had the computer on for a few days, my son was welding in close proximity to the machine, After he finished, I just started it up and ran a program without a hitch, without a computer restart.
