    Z axis

    Are their any settings that I must set to prevent my z axis to go down before its on the point were it is suppose go down see my pics

    Use a clearance/feed plane in the g-code. It will the keep the tool above the workpiece when moving. If that's what you mean?

    I don't do my own g codes I don't know how to do it I pay some to do all my drawings and g codes

    There is an error (or more) in the code if it crashes in to the piece, cutting it where it shouldn't.

    Are you setting z zero correctly? Some set it at the work piece top, some at the table or work bottom...

    Home and workpiece xero are two different things.
