    Machine coord. direction

While jogging my y axis was moving in the wrong direction so I went into
Homing/Limits and checked the y’s Reversed. That corrected the jog move
but now when I Ref All Home the y wants to go to the opposite end from what I
    set it at.
My Machine Coord settings are: full neg for x, full neg for y and full pos for z.
Soft limits x and y soft max the travel of my table and z is zero, (z’s soft min
is a neg #). Home neg is checked for the x and y and all 3 axises are 0 for Home
Off and checked for Auto Zero.

    Re: Machine coord. direction

Unchecking Home Neg will get it to home in the opposite direction.
However, it sounds like you have one of your axis backwards.
    Y- should move towards you.
Y+ should move away from you.
X- should move to your left.
X+ should move to your right.
