We are looking for a tool holder to which you can attach two rhombic insers, one like in this: http://www.ingersoll-imc.com/product...ombic_draw.gif
and the other like this: http://www.ingersoll-imc.com/product...mbic_draw2.gif

You could then do both radial and axial cutting with the same tool using all cutting edges of the insert.

Where can I order one?

Forget using a 80° CNMG type tip, you can't use all points....only 1/2 of them

I suggest looking at a "Trigon" type of tip......, 6 usable points per tip ( Negative rake holder ) Link to Iscar Ecat
