Dear friends ,

Can you give me some advice in my cutting problem .

Yesterday in the middle of cutting 3mm acrylic , suddentley from cutting my laser machine turned only to scretching the material .
I cheked the mirror and the lens i recalibrated them I have also cleared them form dust .

Before I could cut the 3mm acrylic with 80 % power at 30 mm/s and now I can cut also at 80 % power but not more then 7mm/s

in the past at 7 mm/s I cutted 12 mm acrylic

My laser tube is an 2.05 meters , 180 watts rated power model F10 from Beijing EFR "http://en.bjefr.com/?page_id=25 "
and also the power suply : 150 w model PS-N130/150
I can t figure out which could be the problem .

Can I reset something to make it work ?

Which are the simptoms for laser tube life ending

I mention that the laser machine has no more than 300 hours of working !

Maybe you can give me some advice .

could be a problem of table height
that is different from point to point
or a really problem of perpendicolar axis position,
to do calibrate of X and Y axis

3mm acrylic can be also a twisted sheet
so laser flame arrives to the material with a "V" ray or "A" ray changing cutting tickness
not a constant "H" ray :-)
