    k40 laser-question about unstable milliamps

    Hi,

My K40 laser has been working fine for the past few weeks. Today, the milliamps seem very unstable when I push the test button. Also, it doesn't engrave as "cleanly" as before (lines are not very sharp, like the laser is power is jumping around as the mA seem to show).
Any ideas what could be causing this? Bad power supply or bad laser tube maybe??

Here's a video showing the problem---

    hi there
first the un sharp lines could be dirty mirrors and lens and out of focus .
the jumping is normal depending on what you cut because every time the laser starts it will jump.
