    Question Griz 704 T-nutz

I have noticed in the instructions that comes with the machine that they specify 7/16" t-nuts for the G0704 but the t-slots measure a few thou over .500. What size Grizzly t-nuts work best?

    7/16.
Gotta give yourself some clearance if you want to slide them in.

Thanks Hoss ! The web site says 1/2" T- nuts and specify .490 but being Chinese stuff that may not be accurate. Worse part is that I have a set for a Bridgeport sitting here gathering dust. 7/16" it is !!!!

    Re: Griz 704 T-nutz

I used the hold down kit provided to me with the machine, but found an excess of paint in the slots, and burrs on the nuts made them difficult to use. Some scraping and grinding and they now fit.
