I purchased a 90W from Jinan Itech ,which I finally have it running..well,almost. Its powered up, but I cant get the PC (Dell) to recognize the device through the USB cable. So I tried a USB stick and the machine doesnt see any files on it. any ideas? Im totally lost (yes, I installed the drivers)

1. I post our website, just want to show that we use RDC6442G controller and RDWorksV8 software. and it support Windows XP, win7 and win8.
there are many FAQ, maybe it can solve your problem.
if you supplier also show these information on their website, I think there is no need to ask for help on CNC zone.
2. if my speech confuse you, I apologize. actually, we have advertised on CNC zone, there are many information on our website, except our laser cutter, I think some videos or questions also can help some one solve their problems.
