Cnc router parts pro 4896 build

    Attachment 281958Attachment 281960Attachment 281962Attachment 281964Attachment 281966Attachment 281968

Table built from 11 gauge square tube painted with hammerite dark blue paint brushes on. Happy with all the results. If I had to do over again I would probably use different leveling feet cause when the machine Rapids quickly the table tends to have some movement. Attachment 281970

Hats off to the folks at cncrouterparts. Been helpful answering questions and good customer service. Lots of parts with this machine and I wasn't missing any!

That looks like the spindle that cnc router parts is selling and a Kent dust shoe. If so which model dust shoe is it? I'm waiting for my kit to ship and hope to upgrade to the spindle in the future.

Your correct it's the Cncrouter parts spindle. I built the shoe myself.

HA! I like the trailer jacks. If you don't plan to move the machine a lot you could have just put casters on it, and raised or lowered the leveling feet to set it or set it on the casters.

You may have already done this, but putting nuts on the leveling feet to tighten up against the bottom of the legs might reduce the movement you said you were seeing.

I see you also have extra bumpers on the ends to protect the proximity sensors. Great idea. Great looking machine. How is it working out for you?

Those are from CNC Router Parts as a part of their kit. You can buy the complete CNC kit or just the electronics kit. For the electronics kit, you have the option of it being fully assembled or the parts for you to wire/assemble the electronics.

I have just purchased this same machine. Is there anything you can suggest for the feet? I have drawn up almost the same table except I will use 3x2 tubing and have 8 legs. The adjustable feet in my design are about the same size. Do you think having a larger foot footprint prevent the walking?
