    Question on the relays CRP800-00E-5

Am working on the dust system for my CNCRP PRO 4848 with the 2.2kw spindle. Is there any set up needed in mach3 to run the two relays provided? Or is it as simple as plug in power to the relay and add what ever motor to the output and it will power up with the spindle?

Is the relay rated to handle your dust collector motor?

    Hi Ger,
Right now it is just a 6 amp shop vac, so yes.
I've been on the CNCRP web site to see if I can find info on it in detail. Most it says is the AUX power outlets are to run a router and a dust collector. No amp limits given that I can find. Looking at the relays don't tell me much either.

    Hi all,

The relays in the CRP800 system are rated for 15A (and can run at either 110 or 220V, although the output plugs are currently set up for 110V).

    Best regards,
