I'm going for a new laser cutting machine (CO2). Between the mitsubishi and mazak which one is good. What about the maintenance and spares cost for these machines. TIA

Mitsubishi, I have found, is usually cheaper depending on the model you get. The LXP line, for instance, has many after market attachments you can purchase, the consumable are pretty cheap and they are easier to trouble shoot than most lasers. The LVP line is a little more complex. It really just depends on what kind of work you are going to be doing. I have never ran any of the EX series, but i have hear many good things about them.
