Hello All,

I want to branch into the metal art decor market. Currently I make custom t's and vinyl signs/graphics. I am VERY GREEN in this area, so I'm reaching out to the experts in this industry for some guidance.

I'm wanting to make metal wall art. I was thinking of getting a plasma cutter and using my plotter to cut the design, then trace it on the metal and cut it using the plasma cutter. But, my brother works for a company who has a plasma cutting table and he made a couple of wildlife pieces for my dad. An eagle and a fish. They're gorgeous.

From an internet search, I came across the Baileigh brand, reasonable priced and monthly lease option. Anyone here have any experience or advice regarding them?

For those of you currently doing this, what machine do you have?

What is the learning curve? I use CorelDraw for my cutting and t shirt graphics. Can I use Corel software for this as well?

Thanks for your advice.

I've been at work all night so I'll be heading to bed now. Hopefully you all are feeling generous today and will share your wisdom with me.

Thanks Everyone,

Shiver
