Hello everyone

i have "TOS HEIDENHAIN TNC 144" milling Machine .
yesturday i was runing a program on my machine and it was so close to hit the limit and i had to press emergency button
after i pressed the emergency the controler do not turning on
the monitor and the key lights are not turn on .
although when i turn on the hydrolic , the sound of hydrolic is turn on . thats mean its work but the buttons and monitor wont work
please help me fast ..

Back it off the limit switch, then check the switch to make sure it is functioning properly. They have a history of sticking as they get older. You could also have a electrical connection broken or loose.

Thank u very much .
i find the problem , 3 of fuses is broke and as i reconect them with temporary 2 string wire , its work
now i have another problem .
the ON and OFF switch not working
i had to connect the power button wire streight together and now i when i want to shut down the muchin i have to turn the main factory power off
do you know about it ?
