Forgive my ignorance, I'm not familiar with these. When I google synrad I only see their laser tubes page, not the full lasers. Are these just tubes? If so, where are you selling the laser that goes with them?

Laser is a source, not machine.
Machine is a ploter, engrawer, cutter or marking machine.
Each of them may use laser.
