    410 fault

we have an older komo router with a general numeric control and eg&g drives. We are getting a 410 fault in x axis the position deviation amount during stop is greater than the setting value. we have swapped the x and y servos and boards it always stays with x axis. any help would be great. thanks

    Re: 410 fault

how much is error during stop?
do you have separate encoder on the screw or controller uses signals from drive? in this case backlash would cause that phenomena
you may change in-position width during stop parameter
    or increase position loop gain
