Osai controller - problems rendering curves

I am producing inlaid pieces from enroute software on the HDS, with the Osai controller. My pieces don't mate properly, even though they were machined in the same orientation. I left my typical .008" inlay gap.
Pieces comprised of straight lines are just fine. Pieces with curves, or circular pieces, are oversize in some ways.
It appears the controller is not cutting outside the line the same as it is inside the lines.
Do I need to convert my vectors to arcs? Is there a Gcode command other than G600 that needs to be implemented?

This type of work has always been easy and accurate on the techno LC4896.

    Help?
